The Avengers Alternate Opening Released
The Avengers is coming to DVD & Blu-ray on September 25th, and to whet your appetite Marvel has officially released the film’s alternate opening.
I love watching deleted scenes. They are interesting but after I watch them, I always understand why they were deleted. Though the scene sets up the carnage you’re going to see at the end of the film, this would not have been the best way to start things off.
I like seeing more Cobie, but this would have been a horrible way to start it off. Immediately it’s painting the Avengers in a poor light. I am glad they changed it.
This would probably have turned me off from the film from the get go. Glad they ended up not using it.
